Services

In house computer programs have been developed to assist the

      • Passenger / cargo airline
      • Private / corporate operator
      • Aircraft leasing company
      • Engine leasing company

The programs maintain the current status of the aircraft / engine and plan the forthcoming maintenance requirements. Historically information is provided from the time the records were started.
A considerable amount of reliability data is produced, beyond the requirements of CAP 418, to assist the operator in determining unreliable components.
Comprehensive reports are produced, allowing an operator to be fully aware of the maintenance status of their aircraft / engines.

Technical records

Assisting an operator to coordinate a maintenance input with regards to the scheduled checks, component overhauls, structural and CPCP, modifications, repairs, additional defects and directives.
Access panel removal, parts and tooling lists together with flow charts are all used to reduce downtime and costs.

Maintenance planning

Design, approval, procurement, selection of mod center with downtime and costing can all be researched and advised.

Modification advisory and planning

This service forms part of our technical record service but can be undertaken separately.

AD and SB advisory service

Document scanning and archiving

Technical library management

Electronic document storage is the conversions of paper-based data e.g. work cards, tags, handwritten information, drawings etc. into digital images. These images are then indexed with key fields e.g. aircraft/engine type, date, document name etc, so that the information can be retrieved when required. The data is then stored on a relevant long-term access media e.g. CD.
Some of the advantages to storing data this way is:-
  • Between 7,000 and 14,000 A4 sized documents can    be stored on a single CD-ROM disc, so your filing requirement are massively reduced.
  • You will be able to retrieve data in seconds rather than minutes, hours or days.
  • Because you have back-up copies produced, you have an automatic disaster limitation policy built in.
  • Electronic files always stay in one place, they      cannot be misfiled, lost, defaced or spoilt.

An operators technical library including the ships library can be monitored for revisions status and updated accordingly.

Aircraft and engine technical surveys

We can carry out technical surveys on any aircraft or engine worldwide to access its current status. A preliminary report would be faxed or E-mailed within 3 days following an inspection with a full report within 7 days. Recommendations for future maintenance including bridging checks can also be provided.

IT consultancy

With many years of developing our own in house systems, we have the resources and capability to offer IT consultancy to the aviation industry.
